Designed the complete re-engineering of the company including restructuring of a $40 million debt facility, retirement of debt through 3 separate capital raising programs totaling $23 million. 

Structured 3 major mergers/acquisitions in conjunction with the capital raisings and promoted the company to various institutional investors resulting in the market capitalisation of the company increasing ten times to over $50 million. 

Humanis had estimated revenues of over $250 million with total internal staff of 250 people and over 10,000 field staff.

Providing business planning of international recruitment company developing a unique on-line service deploying the largest number (government statistics) of Filipino workers to Australia 2008-2010 mainly for the mining sector. Developed the architecture for the supply of accountants to one of the big 4 accounting firms in 2005 which is still in place today.
